ORDERS AND PAYMENT TERMS

All Orders are subject to availability and shall be deemed accepted by us upon receipt of payment;
Payment terms for Goods and Services will be as follows: all payments must be made prior to delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing with Kwiff;

PRICES AND DELIVERY CHARGES

Prices quoted on our Website include VAT. We reserve the right to vary prices at any time without notice. Delivery charges are as set out in our Website or such other rates and/or method of delivery that may be notified to you.

DELAYS IN PERFORMANCE

We will make reasonable effort to perform our obligations under this Agreement, but we shall not be liable for failure caused by circumstances beyond our control;
Delays in performance do not give rise to any claims or damages against us and the Customer acknowledges that their time is not of the essence.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions, all cancellations must be made prior to delivery. For cancellation requests received after Goods have been delivered to the Customer, we will provide a refund in full less any costs incurred by us for which we are liable due to your actions.

CONFIDENTIALITY

We shall at all times keep confidential and not disclose to anyone other than those who need to know for the purpose of carrying out our obligations under this Agreement, all information that is supplied by you;

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the Goods and Services remain with us.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to the Customer for any loss or damage arising out of this Agreement;
We exclude all warranties implied under statute or otherwise in relation to goods and services supplied or provided in connection herewith.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by, construed in accordance with and shall be subject exclusively to the laws of England.

NOTICES

Any notice required to be given under this Agreement shall be deemed sufficiently served when delivered personally or sent via mail addressed to our registered office;
All notices will be effective from the date of receipt provided that they are properly stamped.

AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. These modifications shall become effective immediately upon posting on our Website, unless we otherwise agree in writing with you.
